摘　　要： 本文论述快乐体育和终身体育的教学思想,分析我国高校体育教育中存在的问题,提出我国高校体育教育改革的思路。 This article discusses the teaching thoughts of happy sports and lifelong physical exercise and analyses the problems existing in the domestic college physical education, thus presenting preliminary thinking about the college physical education reform of our country.
