摘 要: 高校体育教学的目标必须由传授运动技能向促进学生身心健康方向转换,要以培养终身体育意识与能力为核心,以身心健康、自主快乐为原则,要增强课程的综合性和功能开发。俱乐部教学模式不失为引导课堂体育向课外延伸、学校教学向终身延伸的有效方式。 The university physical education must aim at a shift from the impartation of sports skills to the enhancement of students" physical and mental health, with the cultivation of a life-long consciousness of P.T. as the center, with the physical and mental health, sense of independence and happy mood as the chief principle. It is imperative to strengthen the comprehensiveness of courses and the development of functions. The club-type teaching pattern can still serve as an effective method to lead the classroom education outward to outdoors activities and school education to a life-long PT.
