摘　　要： 在"三社联动"社区治理模式的启示下,结合群众体育活动的特点,综合应用组织社会学、管理学等相关理论对群众体育开展中的社区、社会体育组织、社会体育指导员3个方面的结构、功能、相互关系,以及相互间产生影响、发挥功能的作用过程、作用原理及其运行方式进行系统分析,提出了"三社联动"的社区体育治理模式与运行机制,为推进社区体育网络化运作提供了策略性建议。 The research,enlightened by model of＂linkage among community,social organization and social workers＂and in line with the characteristics of mass sports activities,uses organizational sociology,management science and other related theories to analyze the three aspects of the development of mass sports in the community,social sports organizations,social sports instructors with its function,relationship,and mutual influence illuminated. Meanwhile,it introduces the function,principle and operation mode of the system through analysis. It is thus proposed of operation mechanism of linkage among community,social sports organization and social sports workers,aiming to provide the strategic suggestions for the promotion of community sports network operation.
