摘　　要： 片面共犯在现实中的客观存在是不容置疑的事实,其具有犯罪性与可罚性。片面共犯不是特殊的共同犯罪,也不同于单独犯,更不能等同于间接正犯,片面共犯应视为一种特殊的独立的犯罪形态。 The existence of unilateral accomplice in reality is an undisputable fact. It＇s of the nature of crime and being punished. Unilateral accomplice differs from special accomplice as well as individual offenders, nor equivalent to indirect accomplice. It should be regarded as a special independence crime.
