摘　　要： 本文是一篇综合性的案例，全文由两部分组成：案例部分和案例分析部分。案例部分以时间为顺序，详细叙述了A铁路（集团）公司在发展过程中不断寻求体制创新的历程。其中详细介绍了A铁路（集团）公司面临的竞争环境、经营压力以及体制改革的过程。案例内容丰富、详实，充分说明了A铁路（集团）公司在参与运输市场竞争过程中存在的体制性弊端和结构性矛盾。案例分析部分，运用所学的工商管理知识，特别是管理学、战略管理等理论，加上自身多年来在铁路行业的工作、管理经验，对A铁路（集团）公司在发展过程中存在的主要问题进行了多角度分析，并对公司今后的体制改革提出了自己的见解。 This article is a comprehensive case. It consists of two parts: the case and the analysis of the case. The part of the case is in precedence order. It gives a specific description of the course of A RAILWAY CORPORATION seeking innovation of the system during its development. It introduces the competitive circumstance /& the pressure of the operation that A RAILWAY CORPORATION faces, and the course of the reformation of the system of organization in detail. The content is full and accurate, giving sufficient illustration of the structural contradiction and the malpractice of the system, which exist in the course of the corporation’s participating in the competition of transportation market. The part of the analysis utilizes the knowledge of business administration, especially the theory of management, strategic administration, and the author’s own working and administrative experience in the railway trade to give a multi-angle analysis of the problem of the corporation that exist during its development. It also tables the author’s proposal of the future reformation of the corporation.
