摘 要: 基于行动导向教学理念,通过确立差异化的教学目标、创设个性化的教学情境、选取针对性的任务活动、设计灵活性的师生互动等,对高等职业院校的文管类专业共同开设的服务礼仪课程进行定制化改革,达到教学做一体化的教学实践效果,从而营造积极、活跃、高效的智慧课堂。 Based on action-oriented concept, this paper proposes the customized reform on service etiquette course which is opened by management major in higher vocational colleges. Through the establishment of different instructional objectives, teachers can create personalized teaching situation and select specific tasks. Meanwhile, we need design flexibility interaction between teachers and students in order to achieve the teaching effect of the integration teaching practice and create a wisdom class which is positive, active and efficient.
