摘 要: 目前,河源市正面临旅游产业转型升级。河源导游薪酬状况是旅游人才队伍稳定的重要因素,通过对河源导游队伍的形成过程及管理状况的调研,在分析了各项影响导游收入的要素后,提出了规范河源旅行社竞争环境、加强河源导游员素质、倡导导游绩效考核机制等导游薪酬创新策略。 At present,Heyuan city is facing the transforma- tion and upgrading of tourism industry. Salary of tour guide is an important factor of stable tourism personnel. Through research of the Heyuan tour guide team formation and its management,analysis of elements which effect income, the paper puts forward innovation strategies of tour guide salary, such as the standardizing travel agency competition environment, strengthening the quality of tour guides ,and the performance evaluation mechanism.
