摘 要: 课程教学设计作为高职教学改革的微观实际问题,必须遵循"6+2"基本原则来实施。"酒店服务礼仪"是酒店管理专业学生的专业必修课,在课程设计中贯彻"6+2"原则,以酒店日常运转的工作过程与实践为基础构建本课程体系,符合酒店管理专业高素质技能型人才的培养目标和任职岗位群的要求。 The teaching design of the course in Higher Vocational Education must be implemented by following the "6 +2" basic principle which is the microeconomic practical problem in reform of vocational education.This essay takes Service Etiquette in Hotel as an example to explore how to design the course in Higher Vocational Education by following the "6 +2" principle.Service Etiquette in Hotel is a compulsory subject for Hotel Management major students.The system of this course is structured based on working process and practice of daily functioning in hotel,which conforms to the requirement for training objectives and job position group of high-quality and skilled talents majoring hotel management.
