摘　　要： 纵贯中高等职业教育的日本高等专门学校,其专业课程体系对于人才培养目标的实现以及现代职业教育体系的发展与成熟发挥了重要的促进作用。从课程体系的构成要素深入分析日本高等专门学校专业课程体系的内涵,总结了其特征:体系目标层次分明、结构设计合理、课程设置与内容注重实践、课程体系衔接顺畅、课程认定要求严格,从培养什么人、如何培养以及如何评价三方面深刻回应了教育本质的问题。借鉴日本经验,为构建现代化职业教育体系,我国在专业(群)课程体系构建上要实现各层次人才培养目标的差异化衔接,系统化设计课程结构,注重体系重组和加大实践课程教学,保证课程体系的衔接顺畅以及完善课程质量保障机制。 The professional curriculum system of KOSEN,which runs through secondary and higher vocational education,has played an important role in promoting the realization of talent training objectives and the development and maturity of modern vocational education system.This paper deeply analyzes the connotation of the professional curriculum system of KOSEN from the constituent elements of the curriculum system,and summarizes its characteristics:clear hierarchy of system objectives,reasonable structural design,emphasis on practice in curriculum setting and content,smooth connection of curriculum system and strict requirements for curriculum identification.This paper deeply responds to the essence of education from three aspects:who to cultivate,how to cultivate and how to evaluate.Based on the experience of Japan,in order to promote the construction of modern vocational education system,China should realize the differential connection of talent training objectives at all levels in the construction of professional(group)curriculum system,systematically design the curriculum structure,pay attention to system reorganization and increase practical curriculum teaching,ensure the smooth connection of curriculum system and improve the curriculum quality assurance mechanism.
