摘　　要： 大学生择业要找准自己的位置,树立良好的外在形象和内在气质,以主动、积极的竞争心态面对日益激烈的就业市场,采取有效的沟通手段,最终实现理想的择业目标。 When a college student is choosing a career, he should find his position which fits him, set up a good external image and internal quality, meet the job opportunities initiatively and positively to achieve the most ideal end in choosing a career with the most effective communicative way.
