摘 要: 讨论了外语学习中的情感因素对外语学习的重要作用,重点探讨退缩性焦虑对外语学习的负面影响,并提出通过营造友好合作的和民主平等的外语课堂教学环境和气氛,以解除学生的焦虑感,增加其参与课堂活动的积极性,提高外语课堂教学效果。 This paper discusses the importance of affective factors in the learning of a foreign language focussing on the influence of the negative aspects of debilitating anxiety on the learner. In the paper, the author proposes that creating a friendly and cooperative classroom atmosphere in which all the participants are equal will help relieve the learners' debilitating anxiety and strengthen their motivation to take part in classroom activities, thus raising the efficiency of classroom teaching.
