摘 要: 采用访谈法、问卷调查法等方式探讨了企业社会责任表现对组织行为变量的影响。研究发现,企业社会责任表现与企业员工感受到的组织吸引力有显著的正相关;与员工的企业声望感、组织承诺以及工作满意度也有显著的正相关。 This research explores the influence of corporate social responsibility performance on variables of organizational behavior. It is found that CSRP has significant positive correlation with corporate attractiveness felt by employees. It also has significant positive correlation with employees' feeling of corporate reputation, corporate commitment, and job satisfaction.
