摘　　要： 　党的十六大报告明确了全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,同时指出教育在现代化建设中具有先导性和全局性作用,强调要通过学习型社会的构建来促进人的全面发展。本文简要阐述了学习型社会的理念,并进而论证了学习型社会的构建是促进人全面发展的必由之路,同时提出了构建学习型社会的相应对策。 The 16^(th) National Congress of the Communist Party of China has taken the all-round construction of well-off society as the main task in the new era.In addition, the purpose of improving the development of individuals through the construction of learning society has been emphasized.This paper discusses the opinion of the learning society that construction of learning society is the necessary access to the perfect development of people.The paper also brings the appropriate tactics to construct the learning society.
