摘 要: 试图将员工创造力的社会关系来源扩展至家庭领域,重点考察员工养育孩子过程中的积极体验对工作场所创新行为的影响。基于家庭—工作丰富化理论和积极情绪的拓展—建构理论,认为养育过程中良好的接纳会促进心理资源溢出到家庭工作的边界,进而增强员工创新行为。运用SPSS 23.0对355份样本数据进行统计分析,结果表明接纳与员工创新行为呈现显著正相关关系,且家庭—工作资源溢出在接纳与员工创新行为之间起部分中介作用。研究结果进一步表明,性别在接纳与家庭—工作资源溢出之间起调节作用,且二者的正向影响关系在女性中更为强烈。 This study attempts to expand the horizon of research on socio-relational sources of employee creativity by exploring the effects of employees′positive experiences of child rearing in the family domain on their workplace creativity.Based on the family-work enrichment theory and the broaden-and-build theory of positive emotions,we propose and test the idea that parental acceptance boosts a spillover of psychological resources from family to work that then enhances employees′workplace creativity.Using survey data collected from 355 samples,SPSS 23.0 statistical analysis results show that acceptance has a significant correlation with employees′workplace creativity;furthermore,an indirect positive relationship exists between acceptance and workplace creativity through a spillover of psychological resources from family to work.The results further show that gender plays a moderating role in the relationship between acceptance and family-work resource spillover,and the positive relationship between the two is stronger in women.
