摘 要: 高校图书馆读者排队是一种常见现象,并由此产生读者等待时间问题。读者等待时间有实际等待时间和感觉等待时间两个维度,文章多角度地探讨了减少读者等待时间的方法与措施。 It is a normal phenomenon to queue up for readers in academic libraries, which arises the problem of readers' waiting time. There are two dimensions for the waiting time, which are factual waiting time and sensory waiting time. This paper discusses the methods and measures to reduce the readers' waiting time from multi angles. 3 refs.
