摘　　要： 大学生非智力因素发展的程度对其成功就业有重要作用。在影响大学生成功就业的非智力因素评估中,定性分析只是从概况上作出方向性的、大致性的初步评价,并不能深入地、全面地描述非智力因素的影响程度,也无法进一步研究非智力因素对于大学生成功就业的复杂影响。为提高研究的科学性,文章从定量分析的角度,初步探究影响大学生成功就业的非智力因素的量化评估办法。 Non-intelligent development of college students plays a key role in their employment.In the assessment of non-intelligent influences,quantitative analysis only gives a directional and approximate other than in-depth and overall evaluation,unable to further explore its multiple influences upon their successful employment.This thesis,from the perspective of quantitative evaluations,researches the quantitative evaluation of non-intelligent influence on college students＇ successful employment.
