摘　　要： 以党的十六届三中全会提出的科学发展观为指导思想,指出图书馆现代化建设要“以人为本”,要把提高服务水平作为发展的重点,要走特色化发展和联合发展的道路,要做到全面协调发展,以实现整体的发展。 According to the scientific concept of development which was broached on the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, this paper gives some advice on the modernization of library: putting people first, improving service level, cooperating with each other, making development holistically and harmoniously.
