摘　　要： 高校图书馆教育职能的转变和发展已使高校图书馆教育成为一种新兴的教育类型 ,高校图书馆教育具有自身的发展规律和特点 ,与素质教育的精神、思想、观念相近 ,教育目标也一致 ,是素质教育的一种很好的实践模式 ,应该受到重视、研究和开发。 The conversion and development of the educational role of university library has made it a new type of education. University library education has its own developmental law and its characteristics which are coordinated with the spirit, thought and ideology of aptitude education. So it is a very good practical model and should be highly valued, studied and explored.
