摘　　要： 旨为筛选取样简便的临床医学指标，为对运动员进行长期的追踪观察并作身体机能评定提供理论依据。文章采用文献资料法，从五个方面对溶菌酶这一非特异性免疫学指标进行综述。结果表明，溶菌酶在一定程度上能反应机体的免疫能力，是一项较灵敏的亚临床指标。该指标在医学上的应用已较广泛，但在体育领域鲜见研究报道，相信其研究前景是十分广阔、乐观的。 Simple index of sample collection for clinical medicine were set,with a purpose to provide theoretical basis for longterm track observation of sportsmen as well as evaluation of physical functions.General description of the non-specific immunologic index-LZM were given by documentary method from five perspectives.The result demonstrates that LZM can,to some degree,reflect the immune capabilities of organic compounds,and can serve as a sensitive clinical index.
