摘　　要： 本文采用我国37家物流上市企业2013-2017年数据,运用三阶段DEA模型分析物流上市企业技术效率整体情况和各类型物流上市企业技术效率情况,并通过多元线性回归模型分析技术效率的影响因素。研究表明,物流企业技术效率整体水平不高,规模效率低下是造成技术效率水平不高的主要因素;从企业类型看,海运类物流企业技术效率要高于公路类物流企业技术效率,仓储类物流企业技术效率最低;从影响因素来看,企业规模与物流企业技术效率显著正相关,而企业股权结构、企业所有权属性则与物流企业技术效率不显著相关。 In this paper,based on the year 2013-2017 data of 37 Chinese listed logistics companies,we used three-stage DEA model to analyze the overall technical efficiency of the listed logistics enterprises and the specific technical efficiency of listed logistics enterprises of specific types,and analyze their influence factors using multiple linear regression model.The research shows that the overall level of technical efficiency of the listed logistics enterprises is not high,which is mainly caused by low efficiency of scale;compared by enterprise type,the technical efficiency of maritime logistics enterprises is higher than that of highway logistics enterprises,and both are higher than that of warehousing logistics enterprises;and regarding influence factors,enterprise scale is significantly positively correlated to the technical efficiency of the logistics enterprises,while equity structure and ownership attribute are not significantly relevant.
