摘 要: 该文建立在已有微信实习管理平台研究的基础之上,针对基于微信教学诊断与改进体系的背景下,从实习前、实习初、实习中及实习后4个角度出发,针对制定的6个诊断要素及20个质量监控点,从实际高职顶岗实习管理的角度出发,结合评价人员范围,使用横向及纵向的数据进行对比,用静态、低频及高频三种指标对学生的实习情况进行诊断,是一种可以应用于学生顶岗实习管理的诊断体系评价,为学生顶岗实习评价提供多一种客观的评价依据。 In this paper,Based on the research of existing wechat practice management platform,and against the background of WeChat teaching diagnosis and improvement system,it starts from four perspectives:before practice,at the beginning of practice,during practice and after practice.In view of the six diagnostic elements and 20 quality monitoring points formulated,from the perspective of the actual post practice management in higher vocational colleges,combined with the scope of evaluators,using horizontal and vertical data for comparison,and using static,low-frequency and high-frequency indicators to diagnose students’practice,it is a diagnostic system evaluation that can be applied to students’post practice management,and provides more objective evaluation basis for students’post practice evaluation.
