摘　　要： 通过国际排联、中国排协裁委会的讲师对2009~2012年排球竞赛规则的讲解,以及担任国内外重要赛事中裁判员的执裁经验,实行新规则后,排球运动将会产生的主要变化进行阐述,为排球工作者和观赏者提供最前沿的参考信息。 Based on the explain of the new volleyball competition rule of 2009～2012 by the lecturer of judge committee from International Volleyball Association and China Volleyball Association and the experience of judgement in the important competition,the authors demonstrated the main change and influence of new rule on the development of volleyball so as to provide the newest reference.
