摘　　要： 为了解决民族国家范围内的民主问题,达尔提出了多元主义民主模式,即在权力分散、组织多元的条件下,实行多重少数人的统治。多元主义民主的实现有赖于一系列社会政治条件和制度保障,同时,它也具有自治与控制等许多不可避免的困境。因此,我们需要采取分析的态度,辩证地借鉴。 How to realize democracy in modern nation-state？Dahl thought that the pluralist democracy or polyarchy are answer.It means the power is dispersive,plural organization and ruling by multi-minority group.Obviously,it s achievement require many social conditions and political institution to support.Certainly,there are several dilemmas within this model,such as autonomous and control,etc.So we should analyse it objectively and use for reference dialectically.
