摘 要: 受信息化时代开放性特征及现代社会民主、平等观念的影响,当前教师权威性的时代内涵发生了变化:在形成教师权威性的制度性因素和个人素质性因素中,现代教师权威性的确立更多地依赖教师个人学识、能力、魅力等个人素质性因素,特别是教师是否有能力营造一个良好而和谐的师生关系,更是直接关涉到教师能否确立权威性的关键。教师权威性的这种新的时代内涵,有着深刻的哲学认识论基础,那就是基于后现代主义的主体间性理论及其教育观。 Affected by the opening and democracy, equality in the information age, the essence of teacher's authority has become different from the past. Between the system factor and the personal quality factor in modern society, teacher's authority is mainly on the basis of personal quality, which is teacher's knowledge, ability, culture, especially the ability of teacher's constructing good and harmonious relationship between teachers and students. The new essence of teacher's authority adopts post-modernist inter-subjectivity theory as its philosophical basis.
