摘　　要： 语言秩序与民族精神应该是互动的 ,而远在“五四”时期之前 ,文言秩序已获得了一种鲜明的制度性特征 ,成为民族精神的禁锢。它剥夺他人说话的权力 ,排斥他种对世界的解释。五四学人所做的工作就是以全面反传统的态度 ,从语言批判到文化反抗彻底打破文言秩序 。 Linguistic order and national spirit are interacting.Long before the May 4th Movement, the classic style of writing had been regarded as the orthodox and became the shackles of the national spirit which deprived some of the people of their rights of speaking and excluded the other interpretations of the world.What the scholars of the May 4th Movement did broke through the classic style of writing and fully set free the national spirit.
