摘　　要： 以提升中国体育的国际话语权为最终目标,以探寻体育话语、体育话语权、体育话语体系的理论关系和实践互动为逻辑主线,通过文献梳理、对比分析、归纳演绎等方法,发现话语概念及功能不断泛化,权力成为话语新的重要实践导向;话语权与话语体系共生互益,为体育人文社会科学的学术话语、学科体系创新开辟了新领域;体育话语权有对外争取体育权力、对内保证体育权利两个主要实践面向;体育话语体系既是一种关于体育的内容体系,也是一种关于体育的表达体系,为体育话语权提供了理论滋养。 To improve the international voice of Chinese sports as the ultimate goal, to search for words, voice, sports interactive relationship between the theory of discourse system and practice as the logical mainline, through literature review, comparative analysis,inductive and deductive methods. It is found that the concepts and functions of discourse continue to be generalized, and power has become a new important practical orientation of discourse. The coexistence and mutual benefit of discourse power and discourse system opens up a new field for the innovation of academic discourse and discipline system of sports humanities and social sciences. The right of sports discourse has two main practical aspects, fighting for sports power from outside and guaranteeing sports rights from inside.Sports discourse system is not only a content system about sports, but also an expression system about sports, which provides theoretical nourishment for sports discursive power.
