摘　　要： 采用文献资料法、参与观察法和专家访谈法,总结和探讨北京冬奥会跨界跨项选材的探索成就、经验启示及实践路径。研究表明:北京冬奥会跨界跨项选材实现了我国部分冬季项目参赛与成绩从无到有的历史性突破,构筑了冰雪运动发展新格局,丰富了体育举国体制内涵要义。实践经验:政策驱动,多维度推进跨界跨项选材实施;扩面筑基,遵循运动员选材底层逻辑;动态调整,保持跨界跨项选材体系开放性。启示:厘清项目时空边界是运动员跨界跨项成才的前提;保证技能要素正向迁移是跨界跨项运动员成才的基础。完善跨界跨项运动员持续发展保障体系,以跨界跨项选材助力项目均衡发展,构建我国跨界跨项选材的话语体系,是实现跨界跨项选材价值超越的实践路径。 Using the methods of literature,participant observation,and expert interview,this paper summarizes and discusses on the exploration achievements,experience revelations and practical paths of talent transfer in sports for the Beijing Olympic Winter Games.The study shows that the talent transfer in sports for the Beijing Olympic Winter Games has achieved a historic breakthrough in China’s participation and achievements in some winter sports from scratch,constructed a new pattern of ice and snow sports development,and enriched the connotation and essence of the national sports system.Practical experiences:to drive by policy to promote talent transfer in sports in multiple dimensions;to expand the surface and build the foundation to follow the underlying logic of athlete selection;to adjust dynamically to maintain the openness of the talent transfer system.Revelations:clarifying the time-space boundary of the event is the premise of athletes’talent transfer success;ensuring the positive migration of skill elements is the foundation of athletes’talent transfer success.To improve the guarantee system of sustainable development of talent transfer athletes,to help the balanced development of projects with talent transfer,and to build the discourse system for talent transfer in China are the practical paths to realize value transcendence of talent transfer.
