摘　　要： 创新驱动的实质是人才驱动,优化科技人才政策是科技机制体制改革的重要内容。通过对广东省科技人才政策进行效果评估,发现政策对科技人才资源方面产生了显著作用,而科技活动投入、科技创新成果和经济产值价值方面则是未来广东省科技人才政策优化中的主要关注方向。 The essence of innovation-driven lies in talents,so evaluation and optimization of the scientific and technological personnel policy has become one of the important contents of the reform.Through the evaluation of the effect of Guangdong’s science and technology talent policy,it is found that the policy has played a significant role in science and technology talent resources,and the investment of science and technology activities,the achievements of science and technology innovation and the value of economic output will be the main focus in the optimization of Guangdong’s science and technology talent policy in the future.
