摘　　要： 文章从文化维稳的概念、关键要素及其作用谈起,论述图书馆参与文化维稳的客观可行性,强调图书馆在文化维稳中具有教育基地、建设基地、推动价值观形成等方面的重要作用,并针对上述问题提出图书馆参与文化维稳的措施和方法。 This paper presents SSPCU’s concept,key elementsfunctions and current dilemma.Through the feasibility analysis,it concludes that library can act significantly in the SSPCU for its main role in the education&public cultural undertaking construction–based service,and the path and method for its participation in the SSPCU.
