摘　　要： 上世纪末在广东粤东区兴起的地下"六合彩"至今已有十多年了,地下"六合彩"活动给社会造成不良甚至恶劣的影响。依据经济学原理,彩民们似乎从投机行为转向纯消费行为,但是庄家的逐利性使其不断推出新玩法,推迟了原有的彩民从投机转向纯消费的过渡,而且"六合彩"有向全国各地蔓延的趋势。因此,地下"六合彩"的投机转向纯消费只是缓慢的、局部的,所以,通过多种途径预防地下"六合彩"的蔓延和依法打击地下"六合彩"成为必要。 At the end of the century in the eastern area of Guangdong emerging underground＂Mark Six＂has been more than a decade,and the ground floor of the＂ mark six＂activities to the community or even an adverse impact on the poor.The basis of economics,it seems Lottery shift from pure speculation consumer behavior,but profit-driven market makers continue to introduce new ways to postpone the original Lottery shift from pure speculation consumption transition,and,＂Mark Six＂has to spread throughout the country. Therefore,the underground＂Mark Six＂pure speculation shift consumption only slow,partial,therefore,through a variety of ways to prevent underground＂Mark Six＂to combat the spread of the underground and in accordance with the law,＂Mark Six＂has become necessary.
