摘　　要： 模拟审判教学是现代法学教育的一种重要形式,是法学教育中推行素质教育的重要手段,应当在教学实践中推广和应用。模拟审判属典型的情景教学模式,它是一个系统工程。模拟审判教学是理论与实践关系理论的具体运用,它使教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用有机结合起来。 Simulative trial teaching is an important pattern m modern legal education. It is also an important way of carrying out quality education, which shbuld be extended and used in educational practice. Simulative trial teaching is a typical modei of scene teaching , It is a systemic project. Simulative trial teaching applies the theory of rela-tionships between theory and practice concretly, it connect the teacher's leading action with the student's principal part action organically.
