摘 要: 通过问卷调查,从语用的角度分析了教师在精读课堂上普遍使用英汉语码转换,并以此作为一种教学策略的利弊.语码转换在英语教学中有利于学生的英语学习.只有当老师给予学生及时而必要的母语,才能使学生感到放松和增强学生的自信.但过多地使用母语会给英语学习造成障碍.因此随着学生水平的提高,教师要尽可能地在英语课堂上使用英语. By questionnaires, this paper analyzes from a pragmatic perspective the advantages and disadvantages of teachers' use of Code-switching (CS) in intensive-reading teaching as a strategy. CS does help students' English learning. Only when teachers give the students limited but timely mother tongue can the students feel more relaxed and build up their self-confidence. But excessive use of CS for translation is likely to make CS a barrier which prevents English teaching. With the improvement of students' level of proficiency, communication in EFL classroom should take place in the target language as much as possible.
