摘　　要： 以程序公平和分配公平的假设情景进行实验研究,探讨当前中国社会不同阶层的公平取向。结果表明知识分子阶层与农民工阶层在程序公平和分配公平的情景选择取向上没有差异,但是在程序公平感的得分上,前者显著高于后者,而在分配公平感的得分上,则是后者显著高于前者。同时,本研究也表明大部分在城市生活了较长一段时间的农民工和知识分子阶层均对程序公平有明显的认知,但前者对此缺乏深层次的理解。 In order to inquire into the justice perception of the Chinese social classes,including the intelligentsia and the migrant workers,this study designed a scenario experiment about procedural justice and distributive justice.121 intellectuals and immigrant workers participated in the experiment.The result shows that there＇s no difference between the choices of procedural justice and distributive justice scenario by the two classes.However,as seen in the questionnaire,the score of procedural justice intellectuals get is significantly higher than that of the migrant workers.But the score of distributive justice the migrant workers get much higher than that of the intellectuals.Meanwhile,we also find out that,having lived and worked in urban areas for long,migrant workers could recognize and they also prefer procedural justice,but without a clear and in-depth understanding of what procedural justice is.
