摘　　要： 介绍了项目评估的定量分析方法 ,包括静态分析法和动态分析法 ,着重介绍了当前国际上最为流行的内部收益率法的修正办法 ,比较了内部收益率 IRR和修正内部收益率 MIRR的异同 ,突出了 MIRR的优点 ,另外还解析了项目类型对于项目评估方法的影响 。 This paper introduces the quantitative analysis approaches used in project evaluation,including both static and dynamic analysis approaches with an emphasis on the most popular approach-modfied internal rate of return.The paper highlights the merits of MIRR approach by making a comparison between IRR and MIRR.The paper also probes into the influences of project type on evaluation approaches,thus providing enterprises of all kinds with guidance,for their reference in evaluating their projects.
