摘　　要： 以在广州的外籍商务人士(以下简称外商)为调查对象,以外商居住较多的珠江新城、花园酒店、小北路和'广交会'为主要调查点,了解他们学习汉语的方式、频率、难点和使用汉语的场合以及交流能力等方面的内容,基本结论是外商存在汉语词汇量少、汉字认读困难、四声调分不清楚、书面表达能力差等问题。针对这些问题并根据该人群的商务职业需求,从商务教学内容和教学方式等不同角度提出有针对性的商务汉语培训和教学建议。 Foreign business people in Guangzhou(the following abbreviations foreign investors)are considered as respondents in this paper.Investigations are carried out in new towns on the bank of Pearl River,Garden Hotel,Xiaobei Road and "Conton Fair".These sites are places where many foreign investors live in.The paper is made to know their study methods,frequency,difficulties and other aspects of learning Chinese.It is concluded that foreign investors have the following difficulties in learning Chinese:lack of vocabulary,failure to recognize the intonation,poor writing and so on.From the perspectives of business teaching contents and methods,Business Chinese training courses and some suggestions are introduced in this paper to solve the problems mentioned before and to meet career development.
