基于岗位需求的汽车人才分层分类培养研究实践

摘  要: 本文针对职业院校大规模扩招后生源类型多样化、学生基础知识层次差异化更加凸显问题,以企业的岗位能力标准为导向,结合学校的专业背景,推动职业院校教师、教材、教法改革,在汽车专业教学上提出基于岗位需求的汽车人才分层分类培养模式。该模式基于汽车工作岗位深度调研的基础上,依据岗位的能力要求制定基于职业技能分级递进的课程体系,同时建立“产业-行业-企业-学校”动态机制,让课程体系适应新时代汽车产业发展需求。实践方面进行大类招生,依据学生个人选择方向课程执行个性化分流培养。该模式已经在实际教学中取得一定成果,对推动新时代职业院校改革有一定的参考价值。 In view of the diversification of student sources and the more prominent differences in the level of basic knowledge of students after the large-scale expansion of enrollment in vocational colleges,this paper is guided by the job competency standards of enterprises and combined with the professional background of schools to promote vocational college teachers,teaching materials,teaching In order to reform the law,a hierarchical and classified training model for automotive talents based on job requirements is proposed in the teaching of automotive majors.This model is based on in-depth research on automotive jobs,and formulates a curriculum system based on vocational skills graded and progressive according to the ability requirements of the positions.At the same time,a dynamic mechanism of"industry-industry-enterprise-school"is established to adapt the curriculum system to the automotive industry in the new era.development needs.In terms of practice,large-scale enrollment is carried out,and individualized shunting training is carried out according to the students'individual choice of courses.This model has achieved certain results in actual teaching,and has certain reference value for promoting the reform of vocational colleges in the new era.
