摘 要: 为缩短企业从高职用人最后一公里,本文提出了基于企业项目进课堂的汽车高技能人才培养模式。该模式以校企合作中横向项目为基础,在校老师将企业项目引进课堂开设相关课程进行“项目化小班个性化培养”,学生在企业导师、学校导师双导师培养中可以了解企业的文化、岗位技能、上岗资格等,培养的学生毕业后直接到合作企业工作或者参加创新创业竞赛。该模式已经在本校实践了三年以上,在高技能人才培养、校企合作、师资队伍建设方面取得较好成效,验证了研究的有效性和可推广性。 In order to shorten the last mile from higher vocational employment, this paper puts forward the training mode of automobile high-skilled talents based on project into class.The model based on the horizontal project in university-enterprise cooperation, the school teacher will introduce classroom courses in related to enterprise project "project a small" personal cultivation, students in teacher, school master double mentor coaching can understand the culture of the enterprise, job skills, and are qualified, cultivate the students directly after graduation to work in the cooperative enterprise or entrepreneurship competition in innovation.This model has been practiced in our school for more than three years, and has achieved good results in the training of high-skilled personnel, school-enterprise cooperation and teaching staff construction, which verifies the validity and extendibility of the research.
