摘　　要： 今年是俄国著名诗人丘特切夫 (180 3年 12月 5日— 1873年 7月 15日 )诞辰 2 0 0周年、逝世 130周年纪念年 ,为深切缅怀这位“放眼世界的‘地球诗人’” ,我刊特诚邀国内老、中、青相关专家、学人撰写了 4篇纪念文章 ,以飧读者。惟愿我们的工作让更多的中国读者在诗歌越来越不景气的当下知晓这位“世界文化名人” ,真正“走近丘特切夫”。 Editorial note:The year of 2003 is the 200th birth year and the 130th anniversary of death of the famous Russian poet Tutchef (Dec. 5, 1803-July 15, 1873). At the sincere invitation of our periodical, some experts and researchers in concerning fields have written four commemorative articles to dearly cherish the memory of this 'Poet of the Globe' who kept the whole world in view. We hope that owing to our work more and more Chinese readers will be aware of this world cultural celebrity and approach to Tutchef in mind during the depressive years of poetry.
