摘　　要： 建立了银行柜台设置的优化模型,应用排队论理论,提出了随机环境下具有可变输入率的适时调整窗口数量的算法,给出了改善整个柜台系统服务效率的设想. A optimization model of banking counter＇s disposal is established, the queuing theory is applied, an algorithm of the timely adjusting amount of counters with variable input rate at a random environment is proposed, and a prospect of improving service efficiency of the overall counter system is given.
