摘　　要： 东晋咸康四年,慕容氏的辽东政权仿周制建立了一套特殊的王国官制,与其接受东晋册封的职官体系甚不相符。这是慕容氏的南进政策与其统治下的汉人的拥晋情感矛盾调和的产物。 In the years of 4 of Xian Kang, Eastern Jin Dynasty, Liaodong Regime by House of Murong founded a special set of government officials system of the kingdom by following the example of the Zhou Dynasty, which did not conform to the government officials system conferred upon by the Eastern Jin Dynasty, and which was also the reconciling product between the advancing southward policy by House of Murong and the emotion of supporting the Jin Dynasty under the rule of House of Murong.
