摘　　要： 地方本科院校在转型发展过程中应坚持走多样化发展道路,学科专业设置应关注地方社会发展和经济建设的实际需求,以培养应用技术型专门人才为己任,彰显地方高校的社会服务职能。但这种办学模式由于缺乏现代大学精神的指导而走向了"急功近利"的偏狭。地方本科院校应从培育现代大学精神的角度入手,"祛蔽"而"返魅",凸显其应有之大学光辉。 Local universities in the process of restructuring and development should adhere to the way of diversified development, pay attention to the actual needs of the local social development and economic construction in the setup of disciplines and majors, take the cultivation of applied technical talents as their key task and highlight the social service function of local universities. But this educational pattern leads to the bias of ＂quick success and instant benefits＂ without the guidance of modern university spirit. Local universities should do away with disadvantages and regain advantages from the idea to cultivate the spirit of a modern university to highlight thier radiance as a university.
