摘　　要： 探索上市公司国有股、法人股上市流通的具体办法和途径 ,是我国未来扩大企业直接融资的一个突破口。借鉴香港盈富基金方式 ,有助于解决这一问题 ,从而有利于加强国有资产的流动机制。 Probing into the active way of public listing and circulating of state-owned shares is a breach for our enterprises to expand the direct finaning.Using the method of Hong Kong Track Funds for reference will be available for us to settle down this matter and strenthen the circulation mechanism of state-owned assets.
