摘　　要： 作为警察教育的重要组成部分,警察体育是司法警官院校培养合格的警务技能型人才的重要手段。目前,司法警官院校警察体育在教学中存在问题主要有:体质健康发展不平衡、训练设备更新缓慢、体能训练不足、教学课时不足。为此,在警务技能型人才培养目标下,必须优化警察体育教师队伍结构,树立多元化的教学理念,以基层实战需求设置内容,构建多元化的警察体育教学方法,依托“校局合作”,推动警察体能、技战术模块化教学,强化情境模拟教学训练,更新警察体育教学场地、装备设施,推进司法警官院校警察体育教学改革,提升教学水平,为全国司法行政系统培养和输送合格的警务技能型人才。 As an important part of police education,police physical education is an important means to train qualified police skilled personnel in judicial police academies.At present,there are some problems in the teaching of police physical education in judicial police academies,such as unbalanced development of physical health,slow updating of training equipment,insufficient physical training and insufficient teaching hours.Therefore,under the goal of police skilled personnel training,it is necessary to optimize the structure of police physical education teachers,establish diversified teaching concepts,set up content based on actual combat needs at the grassroots level,construct diversified police physical education teaching methods,rely on"school-bureau cooperation",promote the modular teaching of police physical fitness,skills and tactics,strengthen situational simulation teaching and training,and update police physical education venues,equipment and facilities.The reform of police physical education in judicial police academies has been promoted,the teaching level has been improved,and qualified police skilled personnel have been trained and delivered to the national judicial administration system.
