摘　　要： 语码转换是语言接触中的一个普遍现象,在社会语言学界已成为深受国内外语言学家们关注的热门研究课题。文章旨在解释报刊杂志中汉英语码转换这一频繁的语言现象产生的主要原因及主要功能,并且指出报刊杂志作者要避免对汉英语码转换的滥用而造成一定的负面影响,进而提出人们应当要用科学的态度对待报刊杂志中的汉英语码转换。 Code switching so commonly occurs in communication that it has become a hot research topic among linguists home and abroad in the field of sicio-linguistics. This paper aims at explaining why the Chinese English code-switching is so widely used and what roles it plays in the newspaper and magzines, and also pointing out that the authors should avoid abusing code- switching in newspaper and magzines. Code-switching should be scientifically treated while it is practised in newspaper and magazines.
