摘　　要： 在粤港澳大湾区建设的背景下,对珠海的发展定位问题进行重新思考,具有重要的现实意义。港珠澳一体化,不仅是珠海与港澳之间的事,也是关系到其与珠江西东两岸其他地区的互通互惠、融合共赢的大事,关系到粤港澳大湾区建设的大局。珠海的城市定位,不应该再是与广深港澳的数据比高,而应该是通过服务粤西、服务大湾区建设而铸就起自身的“后发优势”。深耕旅游产业是珠海能够发挥自身优势,满足人民对美好生活需要的重要选择。围绕高端旅游产业及产品的开发,可以利用在横琴或金湾的区位及产业资源便利,大力开展跨境会展产业。通过创新而提升金融服务水平,是摆在大湾区建设中的重要课题。通过横琴与澳门的跨境合作机制,打造粤港澳大湾区建设的“金融创新试验场”,将产生多元立体的效应,加快金融创新发展。根据珠海的特点,打造出一个独具特色的人才保障机制,是确保珠海未来发展的关键。 In the background of the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area,it is of great practical significance to rethink the development orientation of Zhuhai.The integration of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao is not only a matter between Zhuhai and Hong Kong-Macao,but also a matter of mutual benefit and cooperation to win-win between Zhuhai and other areas on the western and eastern sides of the Pearl River,and the overall situation of the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Zhuhai s urban positioning should not compete with that of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao,but should build up its own“late-development advantage”by serving the west of Guangdong and the construction of the Great Bay Area.Deep-ploughing tourism industry is an important choice for Zhuhai to give full play to its own advantages and meet the needs of people for a better life.Focusing on the development of high-level tourism industry and products,we can make use of the location and industry resources in Hengqin or Jinwan to fully develop cross-border exhibition industry.Improving the level of financial services through innovation is an important issue in the construction of the Great Bay Area.Through the cross-border cooperation mechanism between Hengqin and Macao,the“financial innovation test ground”built by the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area will have a multi-dimensional effect and accelerate the development of financial innovation.According to the characteristics of Zhuhai,creating a unique talent security mechanism is the key to ensure Zhuhai s future development.
