摘　　要： 我国对于高等教育进行了改革,高等院校也在不断的扩大着招生的规模,高等教育现在已经普及。就在学生升学率提高的过程中,当学生毕业之后就业的压力也在不断的提升,社会竞争变得愈发的激烈,大学生的就业问题也成为了社会大众比较关注的问题之一。本文笔者对于高等院校学生的就业心理进行了调查,并且针对于存在的一些问题,提出了应对的意见和建议,以期能够为解决这一问题做出自己的努力。 China to has carried on the reform of higher education, colleges and universities have been expanding the enrollment scale, higher education is now universal. Is in the process of students' graduation rates, while the students after graduation employment pressure is constantly improve, social competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the employment problem of college students has become a society is one of the problems. In this paper, the author for the college students' employment psychology, and on some problems, put forward to opinions and suggestions, in order to make their own efforts to solve this problem.
