摘　　要： 自党的十八大召开以后,我国的在很多方面出现了"新常态"。高等教育更是如此,高校学生工作作为高校教育的重要组成部分,在"新常态"的教育环境下,学生工作如何创新方式,学生工作如何更好地配合学校教育和人才培养,教师队伍应当如何建设等一系列问题成为我们需要不断探索研究并解决的。本文首先介绍了高等教育的"新常态",并"新常态"下,以大学生事务中心视域下对学生管理工作提出几点建议。 Since the Party＇s Eighteen Congress, our country is in many ways ＂ New Normal ＂. Higher education is even like this. The work of college students is an important part of higher education. In the ＂new normal＂ educational environment, there are many problems to explore including how to innovate the mode of student work, how to better cooperate with the school edu- cation and training. Teachers should be a series of problems such as how to constructe. This paper first introduces the higher education in the ＂new normal＂. The author puts forward some suggestions on the management of students in the view of student affairs center.
