摘　　要： 全国职业院校技能大赛中餐主题宴会设计赛项已经举办了6年,相关院校积极参与,不断创新和提高。广东科学技术职业学院参加广东省选拔赛的作品以"匠·心"为主题,以港珠澳大桥建设为背景,以歌颂工匠精神为主线进行创意设计。本研究探讨中餐主题宴会设计如何围绕主题,对中心装饰物、布草、餐具、酒具、菜单等各要素进行搭配与设计,并对宴会设计方法进行探索和总结,以期对该赛项的发展起到一定的推动作用。 The Chinesetheme banquet design in China Skills Competition has been held for six years,which attracted a lot of colleges to participate inand produced many excellent works. Our college took part in the Guangdong provincial trials with the ＂Craftsman？ Heart＂banquet design,which takes the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge as the background,and highlights the spirit of craftsman. Thispaper studies how to express the Chinese banquet theme briefly and directly,design and use the central decoration,tablecloth,tableware,menus,etc.,explore and summarize thedesign method of Chinese banquet,and expects to promote the development of the competition.
