摘 要: 专业认同影响高职教育可持续发展,是教育心理研究的一个微观视角。通过质性研究方法,对访谈和作业两种定性资料进行文本分析,从认知、情感和意向三维框架剖析高职旅游类学生专业认同形成过程,并对专业认同构建过程中的教学活动、行业接触、群体三类影响因子进行梳理。研究表明,可从专业价值观、学习载体、实践活动、群体影响等方面提高专业认同,以促进高职教育可持续发展。 Professional identification which influences the sustainable development of high vocational education is a microcos-mic perspective to education research.By using qualitative methods,the article analyses both of the interview record and students 'homework,dissects the process on the three-dimensional framework of cognition,emotion and intention and presents the influ-encing factors of teaching activities,industry contacts and groups.The research shows that it could pay attention to the aspect of the professional values,learning carriers,practical activities and group factors to promote sustainable development of high voca-tional education.
