摘　　要： 农村群体冲突的主要原因是非合意-强制行为模式,它侵犯了人类特有的两个生存基本利益——物质利益与人格利益,必然会产生群体对抗。群体冲突的根本消解之道是合意,合意体现的是程序性正义。合意协调了人们的行为,消除了冲突,极大地提高了人们的生产积极性,成为建设和谐社会的心理基础和重要途径。要解决农村群体冲突,就要加强合意,实行合意拆迁,合意征地,合意立法。 The main reason for group conflict in rural area is behavior pattern of Non - consensus - compulsion, which invades two benefits of mankind - material benefits and personality interest, and thus results resistance. The radical solution to the conflicts is consensus, which is justice. Consensus coordinates people＇s behavior, eliminates group conflicts and enhances people＇s enthusiasm of productivity, and it is the psychological base of harmony society. The methods to solve the group conflicts are consensus in house dismantling, consensus in land expropriation and consensus in legislation.
